Supreme Court to Rule on Trump's Eligibility

Landmark Case to Determine Presidential Candidacy

Unanimous Decision Expected

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Supreme Court is expected to rule on a landmark case that could determine whether former President Donald Trump is eligible to run for office again.

The case stems from a lawsuit filed by the state of Colorado, which sought to remove Trump from the ballot in the 2020 presidential election. The state argued that Trump was ineligible to run because he had incited the January 6th insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

The Supreme Court is expected to rule unanimously against Colorado's lawsuit. The Court has previously held that states cannot determine eligibility for federal office. This decision is likely to clear the way for Trump to run for president again in 2024.
